Designed for use in both automated and self-service touchless car washes, its advanced composition creates a rich, thick, and clingy foam layer that maximizes contact time and ensures a thorough, deep clean. Despite its powerful cleaning action, White Alka Foam is formulated to be safe for all vehicle finishes, including those protected by traditional waxes.

Application and Usage of White Alka Foam

White Alka Foam is the ideal solution for heavy-duty and regular car body washing. It is commonly applied using a specialized foam gun (foaming lance) in manual systems or through the "ACTIVE FOAM" program in touchless car washes.

Usage Method:

• Apply the product via a sprayer or a foaming lance, adjusting the concentration based on the severity of dirt.
• Working Solution: A dilution ratio from 1% to 5% (100–500 ml per 10 liters of water) is recommended.
• For manual washing, apply the working solution using a sponge.
• Important: Before using a sponge, always rinse the vehicle to remove abrasive sand particles and prevent scratching the surface.
• After washing, rinse the car thoroughly with a high-pressure stream of demineralized water for a spotless finish.

Recommended Dosing for Washing Systems:

• APG 603 Pump: 13% – 28%
• APG 800 Pump: 6% – 12%
• Dosatron / MixRite: 0.2% – 0.6%
