Product Description

High-Pressure Hose Comfort 3/8" M/F 6000mm Green [465 055 306] – Extended Reach and Reliability

High-Pressure Gun Hose Comfort 3/8 M/F 6000mm green

Unmatched Flexibility and Durability: Comfort Series 6m High-Pressure Hose

Professional high-pressure hose designed for connecting wash guns and lances in car wash bays. The green Comfort series hose is characterized by its outstanding flexibility and exceptional resistance to intensive use, mechanical wear, and changing weather conditions. With an extended length of 6000 mm (6 meters), it provides a superior working radius, making it much easier to wash larger vehicles such as vans, SUVs, or commercial trucks. Equipped with durable, black anti-kink protection sleeves at both ends, the risk of hose bending or breaking near the wash gun or the swivel arm is minimized, ensuring a significantly longer lifespan for the component.

Key Technical Parameters:

  • Total Length: 6000 mm (6.0 m) – increased range allowing for free and comfortable operation around any vehicle.
  • Connection Type: 3/8" Male thread (M) on one side and 3/8" Female thread (F) on the other (ensuring correct and versatile installation).
  • Construction: Reinforced industrial-grade structure, fully resistant to high working pressure and aggressive car wash chemicals.
  • Anti-Kink Protection: Double-sided flexible black plastic sleeves protecting the hose against mechanical damage and bending.
  • Compatibility: Perfectly suited for BKF self-service car washes and other leading system manufacturers.
  • Part Number: 465 055 306.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Does this green Comfort hose fit standard lances and guns?
Yes, the hose features standard 3/8" Male (M) and 3/8" Female (F) industrial connections, ensuring full compatibility with most wash guns and lances on the market, including BKF systems.
What is the purpose of the black sleeves on the ends of the hose?
The black flexible sleeves visible in the image image_a70efe.png serve as anti-kink protection. They protect the hose from bending or kinking in areas most exposed to dynamic mechanical stress – right next to the wash gun and the swivel arm connection.
What is the advantage of the 6000 mm length compared to shorter hoses?
The length of 6 meters (6000 mm) provides an extra meter of reach compared to standard hoses. This allows customers to walk freely around larger vehicles (like long SUVs, vans, and commercial trucks) without having to forcefully pull the hose.
Is the hose outer layer resistant to constant contact with detergents?
Yes, the Comfort series is engineered specifically for harsh car wash environments. It is fully resistant to high operational pressure, temperature changes, UV radiation, and long-term exposure to aggressive chemicals like active foams, shampoos, or wheel cleaners.
