High-Pressure Gun Hose Comfort 3/8 M-F 5500mm blue

Durability and Flexibility: Comfort Series High-Pressure Hose

Professional high-pressure hose designed for connecting wash guns in outdoor car wash bays (ext. bay). The blue Comfort series hose is characterized by optimal flexibility and high resistance to intensive use, abrasion, and changing weather conditions. Thanks to the special anti-kink protection sleeves at both ends, the risk of hose bending or breaking near the wash gun is minimized, which directly translates into a significantly longer lifespan for the component.

Key Technical Parameters:

  • Total Length: 5500 mm (5.5 m) – provides ideal reach and full freedom of movement around the vehicle in the wash bay.
  • Connection Type: 3/8" Male thread (GZ) on one side and 3/8" Female thread (GW) on the other (allowing for easy maneuvering).
  • Construction: Reinforced structure dedicated to high-pressure operations, fully resistant to aggressive car wash chemicals.
  • Protection: Double-sided flexible blue plastic sleeves protecting the hose against mechanical damage.
  • Compatibility: Perfectly suited for BKF self-service car washes and other leading manufacturers.
  • Part Number: 461 055 605 5.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Does this hose fit standard guns used in touchless car washes?
Yes, the hose features standard 3/8" Male (GZ) and 3/8" Female (GW) connections, ensuring full compatibility with most wash guns and lances on the market, including BKF systems.
What is the purpose of the plastic sleeves (anti-kink guards) on the ends of the hose?
The blue flexible sleeves visible in the image image_a87743.jpg serve as anti-kink protection. They protect the hose from bending or kinking in areas most exposed to mechanical stress, namely right next to the wash gun and the swivel arm connection.
Is the 5500 mm length suitable for a self-service wash bay?
Yes, a length of 5.5 meters (5500 mm) is optimally selected for outdoor bays. It allows customers to walk freely around the entire vehicle without stretching the hose excessively, while minimizing the risk of the hose rubbing against the concrete floor.
Is the Comfort series hose resistant to low temperatures and chemicals?
Yes, the Comfort series is designed specifically for demanding industrial operating conditions (ext. bay). It is highly resistant to aggressive detergents, high pressure, UV radiation, and freezing winter temperatures.
