Product Description

MTM WG25 Gun with Swivel and Freeze Stop System

The genuine MTM WG25 gun (Part No. 1011150817) is a durable and ergonomic solution built specifically for heavy-duty use in self-service and touchless car washes. It was designed to tackle two of the biggest challenges: operator comfort and low-temperature operation.

Key Product Features:

• Freeze Stop (Low Pressure Weep) System: This model's most critical feature. A special valve design ensures a constant, minimal flow of water (a "weep" or "drip") when the trigger is released and system pressure is low. This effectively prevents water from freezing inside the gun and lance, protecting the system from damage during winter.
• Integrated 3/8" F Swivel: The gun is equipped with a built-in rotating connector at the inlet (3/8" F thread). This solution prevents the high-pressure hose from twisting, which radically improves washing comfort and reduces operator fatigue.
• Ergonomics and Identification: The model features a comfortable black trigger and a clear green safety lock, making it easy to operate and identify.
• Italian MTM Hydro Quality: A guarantee of high-quality materials and precise manufacturing, translating into a long and trouble-free service life.

Applications for the MTM WG25 Gun

Thanks to its "low pressure weep" system, this gun is the ideal choice for:

• Self-service and touchless car washes (especially in open bays).
• Container car washes operating in sub-zero temperatures.
• Any industrial application where frost protection is required.
